What Did People Say About Bra Culture?

A fifth of people said that they experienced discrimination and harassment in the workplace. A fifth also said that bullying was the reason that their mental health suffered. We heard stories of post dramatic disorder, of people being manipulated and, in some cases, gas lit by the people they worked. What advice did people give for bosses and management to try and improve this?
