And the five amendments that your project converged on were first, ending the natural born citizenship requirement for president and 18-year term limits for Supreme Court justices. He says they also resurrecting the legislative veto, which the Supreme Court struck down in 1980; fourth-making impeachment a little bit harder in the House.; fifth-making the amendment process itself a little easier.Toobin: We wanted to engage that audience in a way. By not saying we would start from scratch and do something that's more like one of the more modern constitutions.
