The ability to reshare something and amplify something is not built into our constitution. As we move into the age where technology will obliterate and eat the world so much faster than our responsibilities can catch up, it's no longer okay to say it's someone else's responsibility to define what responsibility means. And one of the challenges is that in our interactions with people who work in technology, they'll say, well, I made this technology, but it's up to the government to figure out how we should regulate it.
