How to Negotiate Your Salary in the Next Interview Process
In this episode, we're going to give you a very simple three step framework that you can use to effectively negotiate your salary in the next interview process. One of the most important things that you can do in order to be a better negotiator is to get as much data on the situation that you possibly can. So there are a couple of ways that i like to go about finding salary information. The first is just using some of the sights that are out there, like glass door or pay scale, et cetera. These aren't going to be a hundred % accurate, but what they can do is give you a ball park range.
