Delays in Sleep Faced Cindrome - What's Your Biggest Takeaway?
i have delayed sleep pace sindrome. It means that my circatian rhythm is totally off. And so if i'm going to function in a typical american society, i've got to get to sleep before 12 a m. That's just the way it is. I can't do that naturally on my own. There's no shame in it. But as for hour usual, with this podcast and everything else that i do with my clients, we've got to drop this way of thinking if we're going to improve the quality of our lives.
