I don't think you should pay physical stop losses. It's an invitation to disaster. If you can't watch the market all the time, that's a problem. You also want to look at sort of a, let's call it an opportunistic stop loss where you're willing to get out of any trade just because the market's doing something that's wacky and you don't understand.
