The best and worst returns that you can see in any given period. For cash, the best return was a little over 12%. But as you move into stocks, that range gets a lot wider. The more flexibility you have with both the timing and the amount of the money you need from these investments, the more risk you can take on one or the other. With e's all right to do I might get a little more aggressive if it's more than a year later.
