How to Find Joy in Music

Singing is really good because just the deep breathing involved. You can't really think about other stuff when you're focused on music. I listen to my calm app in the morning and sometimes in the evening when I can't get the sleep, so I listen to their sleep stories. And also I saw a very good hypnotherapist who managed to sort of dig down into things like the fear that you hold for years. She's not wonderful at quite quick results, but she gives you time once a week for six weeks.
