Running a Publishing House Is Not as Fun as It Used to Be

The book publishing business in which I have spent my working life since the early 1960s is disappearing. Publishing by entities that are not primarily commercially driven to entities that live in some other world but can use books to their benefit. Many of the authors who started publishing back in the 80s and 90s are also now they still do books with big publishing houses but they're also indie so yeah very interesting.
