How Many Engineers Do You Think Facebook Really Needs?

Yex: It's easy to, like, if there's aver like problem or something, it's easy to jump to, the let's hire some one to do this solution. We're doing it in a way that makes, gives people good work, like balance, rather than not. And individually, it seems like there is a case to be made for every hire that we hire. Yex: I don't know, e don't rey kno o, to think about it, i think it's easy  to get into trouble by hiring too many people at once.
