Too often, SDRs are afraid of like the unknown or they're afraid of testing. If you have a manager that's controlling all of your templates, I don't really have the best advice there. You know, any SDR manager should be open to testing new ideas and getting data. And if your manager is not willing to agree to that, then you probably need to find a new company.
