The Language of Movement
There's a shift away from an intellectual thinking about the anatomy I learned in the book or the classroom, versus allowing myself to move and do an experience. That can be one of the attention in a lot and an intention. In using the language, we can clearly describe and accurately describe what's happening through most of the system. So almost most common universal human movement, taking a step, series and steps, down the road, what's happening. It's not unconsciously controlled, so I'm going to want to walk as a way of helping develop that language.
