Are We in a Green Run and Blue Runner of Black Right?
The 10 year yield touching 4% plus minus. That's a pretty good entry point in my opinion. The key question mark for all of us, the only question is what's inflation doing. I think we get peak inflation late last year. Are we in a green run and blue runner of black right? We're still trending down with the fence as core CPI expectation of 3.5% by Christmas or next year this Christmas looks possible.
