The Roll of Boards

A board listens to the holy spirit, discerning god's particular unfolding of their mission through the church. A board shepherds and provides direction and feedback for the lead pastor. They insure the strategy reflecs the values and mustard see a radical way of jesus. The overall objective is a board stewards the unique mission and contribution of a local church ministry in her mission.
