The other rationale for the 20 seconds rest is along the lines of kind of the brain and that you've got to give the brain enough time to analyze what it just did adapt to it. So there's got to be that little bit of pause so if you're going like a 15 100 set where the coach prescribes really tight interval of five seconds rest, all you're doing is touching on the wall. The big kind of focus around here we're in texas and in the woodlands is ironman texas so a lot of people on the team are training for that event april is kind of the start of the triathlon season here.
