Using Collaboratives in a Conference Setting
Teny cohorts or small groups of around ten randomly assigned attendits at our conferences who have the aid of two volunteer facilitators. They meet just before the conference starts to get to know each other and to talk about their share ed learning gills for the conference. And during the conference, they are together in a private slack channel and are facilitators. Also often make use of canvases to help bring the together and t ideas together from their cohort o,. things like meneral muro. The model has been so compelling that we are now going to be establishing it for all my lines of business.
