Do I Have to Have the Auctioneer Available at All Times?
The auctioneer must facilitate the auction, oversee it and then also be available on that last day of the timed ad auction just in case anything is required. Still the licensed auctioneer is still a professional that's advising the agent throughout the process. All the way down to that timer, timing out in the final five minutes to actually encouraging all of the bidders to bid,. overseeing it right down to the equivalent of the hammer falling all that time out and then doing our contracts and deposits at the end.
