How a High Government Interest Rate Affects a Credit Fund

With the market kind of in shambles recently a lot of investors are looking for more uh stable kind of uh yield fund um so that's what we adapted to. Investors can always just buy Bitcoin or ETH on their own, but some things they can't do is participate in certain reward asset bulls and d5 protocols. i'm curious like how does a high government interest rate or a high benchmark affect an investment such as this? I mean obviously 2022 was tough for fundraising you know people were taking a hit weren't really looking to deploy yeah.
