The Importance of Compassion in the Workplace
One in seven people who responded to our survey said that they provided support to someone because of old age or disability. This is a huge, huge issue, which has implications for lots of people. I think we really need to shift that conversation to actually say it's not just about what people want now. It's actually about what does the workforce of the future want as well and how do we kind of enable thinking about that? And I think also this point of that compassion is really key.
