The Chatham House Award and the Council and Foreign Relations
The first meeting of the British Institute for International Affairs happened right after the end of World War I. The branch was called the Council and Foreign Relations okay so when you hear CFR CFR connected CFR president CFR Board of Director we'll get to some of these people in a minute just understand that you're talking about a subset of Chatham House. Hillary Clinton won the award for but what did Hillary Clinton call the CFR she called it the mothership you remember that?
