The first four or five customer service people we hired were in house for a few reasons. We didn't have any statements of procedure and any SOPs. The harder thing is like, Oh, I need operational stuff done. Then I'm like, I need somebody that's on my timetable. That's in my time zone that speaks English fluently to help me with dilemmas. Customer service people tend to be from Eastern Europe: Poland, Romania, Serbia,. And so I would definitely encourage people to hire customer service people there.
