Is the test as straightforward as i think? Or am i not ethical this week? Let's val right. This is a prosecutorial ethics question. It says, state prosecutor was assigned to a murder case in which the defendant confessed to committing that crime. In the course of receiving that confession, the defendant also confessed to a whole bunch of other crimes including the murder of a young woman in another jurisdiction. The prosecutor knew that it was reasonably likely that the individual convicted of murdering the young woman was innocent, but he didn't tell anybody about it.
