turkey's incentive is obvious. As as a regional actor, you do not want a state of war in e neighbourhood. 30 % of the tourists that come to turkey actually come from russia and ukraine traditionally. And that, of course, is nothing compared to the tragedy that the ukrainnes are suffering. But from a turkish perspective, that is a a a problem, obviously.
