How did the Chancellor's deal with devolution of Scotland in terms of their treasury policies? How has it worked okay roughly. And speaking of Scotland, another thing that characterized the Osborne Yers was the two referendums that we had. The Scottish one was very successful for the treasury and they would argue that they saved the union. I think there's an argument, which I haven't had much advanced really, that the treasury got a sort of degree of hubris in 2014, thinking that they could deal with referendums.
