When i was young, i used to think i could fix everything with equipment. What i've found is equipment's only half the equation. The other half is management wanting to do things right. And when macdonalds decided that they were going to a do something about bad stuff going on in slaughter houses - it was my job to implement it. I came up with a very simple scoring system that was like traffic rules for slaughter houses. If you didn't follow certain rules and make certain numbers, you fail.
