How Did You Think About Taking Time Away From Yale?
By the time i became the dean at yale, i was a very established architect bat ihad also had behind me some i don't know, almost 30 years teaching at columbia. Rudolph tried to emphasize that architecture was all about the architect with his hand on the pencil, taking it to the paper. But i always thought that it was a kind of tean project. And most of the works that came out of the architect's collaborate was rather tere.
