Emales Are a Great Way of Getting Customers to Buy Second and Third Things
The 200 million that we typically send in a week is split between what we call transactional emals and a marketing out bound emales. About 70 % of those emales are personaized to varying degrees. Each email, as i mentioned earlier, draws on about 88 thousand historical pieces of data over the last forty five days. The other big area focus at the moment is on our nursery programme. And so emales are a great way of nudging people, if they've bought one thing, into buying second and third things.
