The exorcist is more powerful than the demon, but he has to do it in the way that Christ commands. We wanted to show a progressive priest who has basically fallen away from the values and the strengths of the church. So we wanted to show if we don't give up our authority as believers, if we stay Catholic to the core and we hold those values in the Bible.
