Is There a Hard Problem to Solve?

It's much easier to get started with an ML project than it was years ago. But once you get started, what then is the sort of hard problem to solve? I think there are a few. The underlying metrics and data don't exist or the quality of the data doesn't exist. So you need to fix those problems first before you can apply machine learning effectively. That's something every company has to do on their own.
