I Was Always Scared on a First Date

I was so scared on a first date to say like what music I liked. There is something embedded in us as women that we are so eager to please and it's like you think you have to shape shift into what that person wants In order to be liked. Then you realize being yourself is so much more likeable because if the person doesn't agree they will respect that I have made a choice, set it out loud and I'm standing by it. That's so much more attractive. It's hard to see someone else doing something you used to doBecause I never I was always scared of people leaving me or not liking me back.
