The Origins of Fornication and Polygamy in the Church

Sidney Rigdon had a lot of power in developing theology, and he was very much practicing his version of this new gospel. So we I see a lot of Sidney Rigdon's influence in these early 1830s documents. It is interesting to wonder what's going on behind the scenes. If this is a specific case or if this is just the the confluence of a lot of things that have gone on, it's possible that Fannie Alder is behind this.
