I think it's really common, especially right now where everybody wants to start a business. But in a lot of times, it's a tech company, but they don't know how to code. So I think it was really about doubling down on the things that you're good at and looking for help in the areas that you're not. We have a team of 40 plus people on our product team. No matter how good of a software developer I was, I was never going to make up for that ability to go and hire 40 people here.
