The Importance of Coffee Breaks

I think it's really important to take a break from anything that is stimulating. In that case, it's caffeine. I love the taste of coffee. I only drink like good quality coffee that's free of pesticides and molds. There's a particular brand that they source beans from high altitude because the crops are stressed a bit more. It's the romantic effect. And so the coffee is actually grown to have high amounts of polyphenols, which have those those benefits that are transferred to us. We don't tend to consume enough water. A 1% drop in hydration can manifest in things like poor cognitive ability or feeling fatigued.
