How Do You Think Through a Scenario Three?
By definition, a black swan is something that you can't quite anticipate. Black swans aren't bad - they just happen to exist in Australia. So it's something you basically think is impossible. The challenge with uncertainty is we have this bias towards the visible and concrete. If you have no idea it's coming, it makes it worse.
