Mental description. We want sequential thinkers. Has the ability to memorize a system and order of operations. And then you got guys that are spatial thinkers, ol they can view the field or see the court a point guard. They understand and anticipate the defenses next steps. You can't play this game without it. I think it's the number one trait for this position.
