The Probability of the Higgs Boson's Mass Counting

The Higgs boson gets its mass by interacting with all the other particles. If you were to add up all of the contributions from each particle to the Higgs mass, you'd have to add and subtract a number for each fermion. So it's at least possible that if you take that positive number and add it to that negative number, they might almost exactly cancel in such a way. It seems very unlikely we call it fine-tuned.
