What Did Judge Finling Say About the Grand Jury Deliberations?

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurnie who oversaw the case didn't seem particularly concerned about the four persons remarks. In Georgia, grand jurors can discuss the evidence that they've heard a federal grandeur cannot talk about their deliberations. A state Senator Brandon Beach has introduced a bill in the state legislature that would essentially toughen the existing law and introduce the possibility of contempt of court for anyone who discusses presentations or essentially the evidence presented to a grand jury.
