How to Scale a Care Home Business
Care homes have been snapped up for the last 10 years, and I'm sure they will continue to be. It's just it's hard to scale if there isn't a big enough audience for it. Some sectors people want to put what I call OPM, other people's money into those sectors more than others. Look what venture capital is there buying care homes,. They're buying hotels, they're buying FinTech companies, they're bought day nurseries, you know, so you've just got to find what where the markets are buying into and what they've done multiple times.
