AJ: I would never discourage anyone from not saying something that they, they want to say and something that they believe in or feel. Just know that it'll be out there. Do you think that if you would have done that earlier, that your career trajectory would have changed at all? Well, the old adage is it's all who you know, maybe. And for a long time, I was scared to put myself out there like that.
