Elon Musk is trying to move things away from Google. It's possible that some of those things were set to like migrate over on July 1st and they like broke something during the migration. Twitter didn't use AWS for cloud services until I think it was like a year and a half ago. And it's unclear if that bill got settled, but I know that there were complaints there. Also issues with Oracle Cloud that- so Twitter sort of spread around some of its cloud service usage.
