Is the Sutterby Opinion a Good Candidate for Supreme Court Consideration?
The Sutterby opinion certainly was long, but at the same time it was a very big case. The length alone is not a good indication about whether or not the opinion was actually well reasoned. With the ruling in Bruin, doesn't it make it difficult for states to know what they can and can't do? That's one of the things that the lower courts are really struggling with right now.
