The Critical Mass Moment, Right?

Critical mass began in San Francisco in 1992. It was very much around a strong fit, confident cyclist who knew all the laws of the road. Not everyone's physically able, nor really wants to go 40 miles an hour on a road next to cars. The shift towards more people should be doing this.
