Is There a Future for Space Launch?

Isro stands for indian space research organization. The primary purpose of isro is to design and develop rockets and satellites. India doesn't have a great academic system. There is very little research that happens inindia, so the academic system overhaled and reformed. It will no longer be able to supply sufficient power for communications to continue.
