Is Biquin Legal Tender?

I'm happy that the ivex mercado guys actuall brought it up discussion last week. But salvador's moved to make it legal tender actually has implications in the international trade. I think you can make a constitutional argument. Not that anybody cares about the constitution any more, but bickuin is, at the end of the day, a property rights and free speets as issue that should be respected. And then you can even get into it liand nobody's really talking about us. We'll have to spin up, fuck a mashnets. Freaks. Get on it.
