Enes: If you don't support their personal growth in a role, you're just going to hire them purely for sucking their efficiency and nothing else. So allow them to kind of freely bring in their own ambitions and their own expertise into the role or give them the tools to rotate to other things. I think that's where the magical part is. And it still feels to me like so many companies still try to keep people in the place they hired them originally for.
