Are the Disciples Just Idiots?

Brent Cuse: We always picture the disciples as like bumbling morons that can't figure out what jesus is doing. I want to suggest, do they actually know? Do they catch all o this stuff that we're studying right now? What of it? What's the next verse or two? And i want to see, are the disciples just idiots? Brought them out of their distress. He stilled the storm to a whisper. The waves of the sea were hushed. They were glad when it grew calm and he guided them to their desired haven. Let them give thanks to the lord for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for mankind.
