Is There a Particle Accelerator?
A particle accelerator produces sub atomic particles, mostly protons. They accelerate them up to nearly the speed of light in a ring that's like 27 kilometers across. When they smash together, basically there, they're almost smashing together at the speed oflight. Which meas that tey've got energies that are kind of close to where we were at the big bangah. The idea is that if you then look at what you get out of that collision, all the debris that comes from it, you can start to see the real fundamental things that make up the universeaus you're close to that kind of energy.
