i think they're more talking about the chronically homeless and sort of the publicly homeless population that you see. And it definitely seems like the supportiv services are an important piece of what houston is doing well, and that maybe ela is not not doing as well. It's just a really strategic alignment of many organizations that has allowed the effort to scale up rather than be happening in little silos. Having permanently affordable housing seems like it does need to be one piece ofth puzzle of having like, a comprehensive housing portfolio at a regional scale.
