What's the Scariest Thing About Picar?

i'm reading creativity ink right now about the rise of picar, and there's a really great sentence in there about how coming to work every day for them, i's really scary. That's a really confusing thing to think aboutan the scary thing about this job is that so much of it is unknown. And so you don't know what you're walking into or what your day's going to be like. An, that's just not the nature of creativity.
