Do You Have a Budget for Outsourcing?

I've been at the company for six years now pretty much and I joined it like I don't know maybe it was high number 24 or something like that. And we're only at about 68, 70 people now. For me that means okay, if I can't get a head count on the team, I need more budget to outsource more. So yeah, that phase of our planning hasn't happened yet. We're now at the phase where I finished writing my draft about it. It has some details to it of the key projects that are going to happen for each thing.
